Return and refund policy
We want you (and your fur baby) to be 100% happy with your order!
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind about your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit if:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- You cover the return postage cost
Please note:
Custom or personalised items (e.g. custom prints, names, or images) can’t be returned unless faulty, as they’re made especially for you.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@furbabytees.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll happily replace, repair, or refund the item — whichever is appropriate — at no extra cost to you.
This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that our products must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for purpose.
3. How to Return an Item
- Email hello@furbabytees.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with the return instructions and mailing address.
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your exchange, refund, or store credit.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
4. Sale Items
Sale and clearance items can’t usually be returned unless faulty — please choose carefully.
5. Shipping Costs
Return postage costs are covered by:
- FurBaby Tees if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item
- You (the customer) if it’s a change-of-mind or size exchange
