Shipping policy
1. Processing Your Order
We aim to get your FurBaby Tees order to you as quickly as possible.
- Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
- Custom or made-to-order designs may take a little longer (usually 5–7 business days) before shipping.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking details once it’s on its way.
If there’s a delay or stock issue, we’ll contact you right away to discuss options.
2. Delivery Options
We ship from Victoria, Australia using Australia Post and other trusted carriers.
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide)
- Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days (depending on location).
- Tracking is included.
Express Shipping (Australia-wide)
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days to most metro areas.
- Tracking is included.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or seasonal demand.
3. International Shipping
We don't currently ship to international destinations. Please follow us on socials for updates on our shipping destinations.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions – check our home page or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your parcel via:
Australia Post Tracking: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track
If your tracking link isn’t updating after a few days, please contact us — we’ll follow it up for you.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking link for updates.
- Contact Australia Post with your tracking number.
- If the parcel is still missing, email us at hello@furbabytees.com.au.
We’ll do everything we can to help locate it.
However, once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times and parcel handling are outside our direct control.
We comply with Australia Post’s lost parcel process, and where appropriate, we may send a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order.
If you realise there’s an error, contact us immediately at hello@furbabytees.com.au.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it — but additional postage costs may apply.
8. Pre-Orders and Backorders
Sometimes we offer pre-order or backorder items (especially for new designs or limited runs).
These will be clearly marked on the product page with the estimated shipping date. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once everything is ready — unless you ask otherwise.
9. Sustainable Packaging
We care about our planet as much as we care about your pets.
Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly packaging – recyclable mailers and minimal plastic.
