4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices or update our products at any time, but any confirmed order will be honoured at the price you paid.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never store your credit card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to get your FurBaby Tees order out as quickly as possible.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and carrier delays – we appreciate your patience!

If your order doesn’t arrive or there’s an issue with shipping, please contact us so we can sort it out.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you (and your furry friend) to love your FurBaby Tee!

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, we may offer an exchange or store credit if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days.
Custom-made or personalised items can’t usually be returned unless faulty, as they’re made just for you.

7. Accuracy and Availability

We do our best to keep our website up to date, but sometimes information (like stock levels or pricing) might change.
If there’s an issue with your order – for example, an item is out of stock – we’ll contact you quickly to offer a refund or alternative.
