How do I upload my pet's photo?

It's easy! On the product page, click the "Upload Photo" button and select your favourite picture of your pet. Make sure the photo is clear and high-resolution for the best print quality.

What types of t-shirts do you use?

All our tees are made from 100% ringspun cotton — soft, breathable, and durable. Plus, they're ethically sourced and printed right here in Australia.

Can I customize the design beyond just uploading a photo?

Yes! You can add optional backgrounds, your pet's name, or choose from our exclusive pre-made cat and dog lover designs to make your tee truly unique.

How long does it take to receive my order?

As a small start-up team, we carefully hand-process each order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We hope to expand internationally soon — stay tuned!

What kind of packaging do you use?

We ship all orders in 100% compostable packaging — better for your pet's planet

What if I'm not happy with my tee?

Your satisfaction means the world to us. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your tee at support@furbabytees.com.au and we'll work to fix it.

Can I order a gift for someone else?
